1 Year On BBC Radio 2

I don’t know about you, but I can’t quite believe that it’s been 12 months since Jamie started his BBC Radio 2 show,  produced by Folded Wing Productions.  It feels like Jamie’s show has always been here, and to be honest I do not know what I would do without his show on a Tuesday night now.

I have enjoyed all of the shows from the last 12 months, but my personal favourites have been both the Dave Bruebeck 2 part special, and also the Clint Eastwood special. To have a personal insight into their careers has been amazing.

And so it is with special thanks to Jamie, BBC Radio 2 and Folded Wing for bringing us such an entertaining and educational show week after week.

Let’s hope we are still celebrating this anniversary in a few years to come!!

You can tune in to Jamie’s show every Tuesday night from 7pm here – and don’t forget you can also download the podcast and it’s FREE!!

Feel free to add your comments below and tell us what you have loved the most about the show :)

    Hi Jamie,

Just heard John Fahey on your programme and took me back to my school days when a few die hard blues fanatics collected albums such as this – also played by the late great John Peel he pronounced his name ‘Fay’ not as spelt. I have a copy of the transfigurations in its sleeve, do you think its worth much ? it is to me! :-)

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
