JAMIE CULLUM: DEVIL MAY CARE (CANDID) ALBUM REVIEW

By Simon Gage

IF THIS new Jamie Cullum CD seems a little familiar it’s because many of the tracks have been culled from his second album Pointless Nostalgic.

It’s to celebrate his record label Candid’s 50th anniversary and, to be fair, does feature some unreleased tracks from the Nostalgic sessions.

This lovely, jazzy and quirky album includes tracks such as It Ain’t Necessarily So and In The Wee Small Hours Of The Morning. If you don’t already have that old album from 2002, why not start a long and fulfilling relationship with Jamie right here?
